Body Logic Health delivers its clinical programs through a partnership with Home Physicians Group (HPG), a network of licensed physicians serving Central Florida across two clinic locations in East Orlando and DeLand.
This partnership means every Body Logic Health patient has access to licensed, local physicians with deep roots in the communities we serve. Our providers are not remote contractors, they are Central Florida doctors committed to your long-term health outcomes.
Your initial consultation must be completed in person so your physician can perform a full biometric assessment and lab review before prescribing. After that, follow-up visits are available via telehealth for your convenience.

Every Body Logic Health patient is cared for by licensed Home Physicians Group providers, experienced clinicians dedicated to compassionate, patient-centered care.
Abhishek Mishra, MD is an internal medicine physician and the Medical Director of Home Physicians Group (HPG), a multi-setting medical group serving patients across skilled nursing, assisted living, home-based, outpatient, and telemedicine settings in Central Florida. He earned his medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine and completed his internal medicine residency at MedStar Health in Baltimore.
Dr. Mishra holds medical directorships at multiple skilled nursing facilities throughout the region, where he oversees clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of coordinated, patient-centered care for medically complex and aging populations. He is committed to advancing standards in post-acute and long-term care, value-based care, and holistic care models through clinical leadership, provider education, innovative program implementation, and quality improvement.
He is a member of the American College of Physicians (ACP), a Fellow of AMDA – The Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine, and a member of the Florida Medical Directors Association (FMDA).
Gregory Scott, APRN is a tenacious Family Nurse Practitioner and a graduate of Chamberlain University, with a strong background in delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care for individuals across the lifespan with acute, episodic, and chronic conditions. He cares for patients in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities and delivers outstanding care to homebound patients in the comfort of their homes.
A strong advocate for reestablishing the human touch in healthcare, Gregory empowers patients through a physician-led ecosystem built on a foundation of Science, Technology, Faith, and Compassion.
Amanda brings extensive experience in critical care and adult gerontology to our practice. Born in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico, she completed her nursing studies at Interamerican University of Puerto Rico in San Germán and began her career at Hospital de La Concepción. After relocating to Orlando in 2017 following Hurricane Maria, she earned her master’s in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care at Walden University and is now board-certified by ANCC; she is also completing her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP).
At Home Physicians Group, Amanda is committed to delivering exceptional care with compassion and expertise, emphasizing patient empowerment and collaboration between individuals, families, and healthcare teams. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her two daughters and French bulldog, fitness, and the joy of the Christmas season.

Established patients can complete follow-up visits from anywhere via secure telehealth, after your required in-person initial consultation.
