Before You Get Started
Do I need a referral to schedule?
No referral is required. You can schedule your initial consultation directly through this form or by calling (321) 400-9669. Our care team will handle everything from there.
What do I need to bring to my first visit?
Bring a valid photo ID and your current medication list if applicable. We will complete labs and biometrics in-office during your first visit — no prior bloodwork is required.
How quickly can I start the program?
Most patients can begin their program within the same week as their initial consultation, depending on lab turnaround. Your physician will discuss timing during your visit.
Is there a long-term commitment?
No long-term contracts. Our program follows a structured 3-visit schedule over your 3-month treatment window, but there are no lock-in agreements. You can discuss your options with your provider at any time.
Can I do follow-up visits via telehealth?
Yes — telehealth follow-up visits are available for established patients after your initial in-person consultation. Your first visit must be completed in person at our East Orlando or DeLand clinic.
Does insurance cover the program?
Body Logic Health operates as a cash-pay program. Visit fees ($75 initial, $50 follow-up) and medication pricing are transparent and disclosed upfront. Some patients use HSA/FSA funds. We do not bill insurance directly.
