We offer GLP-1 weight loss programs, peptide therapies, and related injectable wellness treatments using FDA-approved medications including Semaglutide and Tirzepatide, administered under the supervision of licensed medical providers. Our clinical operations are affiliated with Home Physicians Group (HPG Health).

This website is provided to give prospective and current patients information about our programs, pricing, and clinical approach, and to facilitate scheduling and intake. Access to clinical services requires an in-person consultation and a valid prescription issued by a licensed provider.

All clinical decisions — including medication selection, dosing, and program eligibility — are made exclusively by licensed medical providers during an in-person consultation. The weight loss estimator tool on this website generates projections based on published clinical trial data only; results are estimates and do not constitute a medical recommendation or guarantee of outcomes.

GLP-1 medications require a physician evaluation and a valid prescription. They are not appropriate for all patients. Contraindications include a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2), among other conditions your provider will screen for at your consultation.
